whats up guys? ok im 6'1 170lbs. and need some help with my diet. ive been training for three years but have just notcied that i havent been getting any calories. im going to buy 5lbs of caseinate, 2lbs of hydrolize 520, 5lbs of whey isolate, and 10lbs of maltodextrin. i dont have that big of a stomach to down as much protein as i need but does anyone have any recommendations or anything that could help me out. im about to go on a bulking cycle and need to get the calories in. do you think i should throw in flaxseed oil or anything? i only have the time to eat about 4 meals. also if anyone knows how to customize a drink on the proteinfactory page to about 1000 calories a serving i will greatly appreciate it. thanks

Your body will not absorb 1000cal in one sitting - it will spill over as fat. If you want to gain weight, you don't need a monster amount of protein - 1.8-2.0g/kg body weight is enough. Protein needs go down when there is a calorie surplus. You need a lot of carbs, flax oil and a bit of saturated fat to maximize natural testosterone production. If you gain more than 2lb/week, it's probably fat or water, so don't go crazy.

Hell yeah, I know where Thompson is! And I'm about 2 minutes walking distance from Pembina. I'm prbably gonna ditch the Uni gym and go to shapes myself in a month or two!
