I calculated my average consumption of calories and it is 1300! For a very long time I thought I had at least 1900. My goal is to eat at least 2500 cal. Now, I fill the missing calories by drinking soda and eating peanut butter sandwiches. I can get rid of the soda but should I stick with the sandwiches? btw I ran out of protein powder. Any suggestions?

get a majority of cals from complex carbs and protein. unprocessed stuff like oatmeal, tuna, chicken, brown rice, etc. fats aren't bad but just be careful, and don't have too much saturated.

definitely ditch the soda, but the pb sandwiches can stay. just make sure the bread is some sort of whole grain shit and make sure the pb is natural. make sure to get some more protein powder.
