Hi! I want to look my absolute leanest about twelve days from now, and i have a few questions. One is about sodium loading. An article in Flex by Chris Aceto says to load sodium a week prior to depleting, so how much do i add? He then reccomends getting rid of it while carb loading. Is this a good idea? When I carb deplete, is it a bad idea to eat a few carbs as possible, or should i stick to a set number, like half of my normal amount? Finally, what types of carbs should I load with? Any other tips? Thanks a bunch, and I hope you guys arent pissed at me for not posting in the womens section, I just thought this part gets more attention, and is hopefully not gender biased. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Your body needs sodium to transport carbs into your muscles This is why so many bodybuilders are flat the day of there show. I think What Chris was saying is you need to have SOME sodium WHEN you are carb loading not before and if you deplete your sodium when you carb load then it will have no effect. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
