Can you give me an ex: of a diet for a lady thats 5'5" 150lbs....
She is exercising and doing cardio around 3-4 days a week....
But were kinda stuck on a good diet to loose weight....

I'm 5'5", currently around 160 lbs and on a pre-competition diet that looks something like this:

Meal 1
Whole Grain carbs******40 grams
Protein****************40 grams

Meal 2
Whole Grain carbs******30 grams
Protein****************40 grams

Meal 3
Whole Grain carbs******20 grams
Protein****************40 grams
Broccoli**********1 cup florets

Meal 4
Mixed Fibrous veggies**2-3 cups
Protein****************40 grams

Meal 5
Mixed Fibrous veggies**2-3 cups
Protein****************40 grams

Fat grams depend on the grains and protein eaten, but are very low. Some women do well with a bit more fat in their diet form sources such as flaxseed or EPO.

This works out to around 1600-1700 cals

200 grams protein
150 grams carbs
20-25 grams fat

I have one high carb cheat meal each week.

I weight train 4 days per week, and will gradually add cardio in as my body begins to adapt to the diet. Hope this is helpful.
