When the pros want to bulk they shoot up insulin to gain mass (muscle and fat). So shouldn't anyone who is on a bulking diet (and not using insulin) have high glycemic carbs with every meal so that you cause an insulin spike to shuttle all those nutrients where they are needed? Like if you would normally have oatmeal and grilled chicken for lunch, wouldn't it help to have two cokes (non diet) to get that insulin flowing?

Are you taking lots of gear like the pros? If not then you'll just end up looking like a diabetic with poor insulin control, ie FAT. You need plenty of AS, GH and T3, etc.... to make the high insulin work for you at every meal. But if you're on all the gear, then give it a try. One of the reasons that pros use extra insulin is because high doses of GH and test tend to reduce insulin sensitivity.

I second that MS, the pro's can afford to take tons of GH and test to get ripped for a contest. So unless you want to look like a fat tub of lard, forget the sugary foods. You have also got to remember that when you take a high GI meal you will get a large release of insulin and then a sudden crash leaving you feeling like you could sleep all day.

When I carbed last weekend (I'm on something like the Anabolic Diet), I literaly had tell my boss that I was feeling sick and had to go home! Slept for 3 hours in the middle of the day from all the high GI carbs. I hate that feeling.
