Meal 1-9:00am

2 eggs, 3 whites on 2 slices wheat.
1 packet oatmeal
1 scoop ProLab 100% whey in 1 cup skim milk.
1 multivitamin/mineral, 1g vit C, 400IU vit E, 5g of glutamine.

calories-665
protein-60g
carbs-70g
fat-17g

Pre Workout-10:00am

1 cap "Dymetadrine Xtreme", 5g of glutamine.

Workout-11:00-11:45am

Meal 2-12:00pm (post workout)

4 scoops ProLab N-Large2 with water.
5g of creatine, 1g vit C, 400IU vit E.

Meal 3-3:00pm

1 can of "chunky" vegetable soup.
1 can of tuna
1 packet oatmeal
1 egg, 2 whites.
1 fruit cup
1 multivitamin, 5g of glutamine.

Meal 4-6:00pm

1 can of "chunky" vegetable soup.
2 eggs
1 scoop ProLab 100% whey in 1 cup skim milk.

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter.

finally. so nice to see someone who knows how to do a diet.

pretty good mass building diet. only thing i could comment on is that depending on your weight, maybe lower the protein a little and up the carbs, but whatever this looks good. maybe watch the sodium in the soup (if you're concerned about that) and the sugar in the oatmeal packet (i like the big ass tubs of plain oatmeal...cheaper and pretty good with a little sweet and low).

Just to add if you want to get REALLY picky...switching to regular oatmel instead of the instant packet kind is good advice...its closer to whole grain then the instant. And you will probably save money too since its not prepackaged. I just scoop mine into a baggie to take with me. They also sell low sodium tuna which to me tastes better...more like good fish instead of - well - canned tuna. I would also try to switch your canned fruit to a piece of fresh fruit. Again - thats being really picky but you will get higher quality vits/min that way.
