Breakfast: 6 egg omlet with cheese
2 slices of toast with jelly
2 links of sausage
glass of oj
Snack: Sandwhich
Lunch: Either Chicken breast or Tuna. Baked chips, jello pudding, pretzels, some kind of dessert
Snack: Whatever is in the pantry
Dinner: Usually some kind of big dinner, lots of pasta, meat, potatoes, rice, beans.

Post workout weight gain shake

I also eat alot more here and there when i feel hungry. Let me know what i should add

Can you give us a nutritional breakdown of what you are eating?

Also what are your goals with diet/nutrition etc...?

Looks kind of "all over the place" at this point. You might want to try figuring out how many calories and macronutrients you are taking in on a day-to-day basis.
