![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Breakfast: 6 egg omlet with cheese 2 slices of toast with jelly 2 links of sausage glass of oj Snack: Sandwhich Lunch: Either Chicken breast or Tuna. Baked chips, jello pudding, pretzels, some kind of dessert Snack: Whatever is in the pantry Dinner: Usually some kind of big dinner, lots of pasta, meat, potatoes, rice, beans. Post workout weight gain shake I also eat alot more here and there when i feel hungry. Let me know what i should add IP: Logged |
