I'm 5'11 & weigh 230lbs around 25% bodyfat. My goal is to weigh around 200lbs with 10% bodyfat or less. What kind of diet & workout program would you recommend me to lose the fat weight & gain muscle? How many calories should I be consuming & what kind of foods? Check out the topic "first time cutting up" as a start. Lose some bodyfat first. Continue to train with weights. You can't lose fat and build muscle at the same time. It just appears that way because the muscle is more visible and prominent. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
