I have lost over a 100 lbs in the past with no real problem. However, now I can't get rid of any. In the past a keto diet, the animalbolics diet, and just low fat-low cal diet worked well for me but now nothing works. I am using 300mg of test cypionate a week now, lifting weights 5 days a week and doing 30min of cardio before breakfast 6 days a week. I am following the animalbolics diet now. A typical day of eating would be:
Breakfast
3eggs, 4egg whites and salsa
1tbls flax seed oil, 3g fish oil, 3g CLA

Lunch
chicken breast and large salad(extremely low carbs)

workout

Dinner
chicken breast or fish and some low glycemic vegetables
1tbls flax seed oil, 3g fish oil, 3g CLA

Snack (3 hours after dinner)
designer whey shake (4 carbs?)

2000mg yohimbe before cardio and before bed.

Even with this extremely low carb and low cal diet I still am not loosing any noticable amount of fat. I am still slowly gaining strength and initially some weight. The scale is jumping up and down due to water retention variations. I can't use t3, clen, or eca due to its effect on my heart. I have some winny on the way and I will substitute it for the test at about 75mg eod. Shit, I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a year to lose this last 20 or so lbs. I would just go on another mass cycle and say fuck it but I have this fine chick that I have been talking to at the gym and I want to ask her out. I hate going out with chicks that are an 8 to 10 when I look like shit. I am uncomfortable the whole time.

Thanks for any tips you can provide.

Oh yeah, I'm 6'3" 215lbs and around 15-20% bodyfat. I've been training hardcore for 4 years and half-ass for about 6 years before that.

I feel your fustration bro. I'm following a very similar program. I lost about 40 pounds in the last year or two but can't shead that last 5-10 pounds. It drives me nuts. I always follow low carb diets and perform cardio 1 or 2 times daily (20-30 min)...but still can't lose it. I tried E/C/A, L-caritine, thyrolean, MD6, and tri-cuts and still can't do it.

Buldog, if you have no heart problems use t3 and clen you WILL lose the last few pounds. The other bro- change your diet , it is obvious that your metabolism has come to a halt and your body is used to the way you are eating, also get off the test bro, and take an anti estrogen. Are you drinking 2 gallons of water a day? Try a 100 -125 carb diet.

I WOULD SUGGEST USING THE CLEN OR A EQ AND WINNY STACK.. BUT I EAT 6 TIMES A DAY TO SPEED UP MY MATABOLISM. EAT LOW CARBS AND HIGH PROTIEN.. THATS ALL I CAN SUGGEST..

good lord can we say overtraining? 3 hours of cardio/week and 5 days of weights?!

If your not happy with yourself now is being ripped really going to help your self confidence. Who cares if you are 15% at least you are not obse you have a nice build 6'3 215. Look it how far you came you used to 100lbs heavier and now your probally alot stronger. You dont need any drugs because they lose your self confidence. Just be your self eat healthy and workout. Dont starve yourself anymore. If you watch how much you eat you wont be fat. If you are obcessed all the time how are you going to enjoy a relationship. If you keep up with eating healthy and working out it will come over time. I would talk to her and ask her out asap. Go to a movie or dinner. Being ripped isnt going to help you get chicks. Its self confidence that is the important factor. Once you quit doing steroids and fatbuners you feel like shit but after awile you feel alot better knowing that you can acomplish something yourself.

Thanks for the feedback guys. So am I overtraining or should I up the cardio? I have to use roids regardless cause I have naturally low test. My doc has me on test but I will switch to winny for a while. My strength keeps going up so I assume that I am not overtraining but I do feel lethargic and sometimes dizzy during the day. I kinda feel like using a program similar to bill's body-for-life with 3 days of weights and cardio on the off days. I think I am kinda advanced for that program but if you think it would work then I will give it a try.

What is the final word on 6 meals a day? It works great for me while on a bulking cycle but I have heard that it is no good for dieting.

i think you should look at the other posts on this board...

i mean look at your diet, you are hardly eating anything. it's like you're sort of on a keto diet except you don't have nearly enough fat grams. if i was on that diet and training i would probably lose 5 pounds a week mostly muscle.

look into starting a straight up CKD. something like 170 grams protein, 185 grams fat, and 20 grams carb with carb ups on the weekends.

as for your cardio, that is serious overtraining if you ask me. look at the post with the subject "fast way to lose fat fast". i mean that guy didn't have a frickin clue. i think 3 days of weight training with 3 days of cardio on off days is a good idea. it sounds like you have a pretty decent base, but maybe do a little more research on the board. i'm not an expert on all the drugs, but make sure you're doing the correct thing with them. good luck...
