I have read this out of a bodybuilding book. this is a 6 day cycle 1200cals/800cals/800cals/3200cal/2700cals/ 2500 and then repeat during low calorie days take in enough carbs to have a trace ketosis supersets in trianing lots of arobics, lower than normal protein like 125g and fiberous carbs only, and on high calorie days high starchy carbs like oats, rice and pasta 1g protein per body weight normal trianing no arobics and no training on the 3200 cal day. The author states you can reach 4% bodyfat using this method drug and supplement free. IP: Logged |

No chance in hell I could eat 800 calories for one day, let along two in a row - I might be able to handle 1200. If you think you can stick to it, give it a try, and tell us how it goes. Also, what book is this? For what body weight are the calories set for? IP: Logged |

The book is called Sliced. The diet is a carb cycling diet. Durring low carb days it is recommended to use mtc oil. IP: Logged |

800 calories a day !!?!?!?!?! Hell no ! Im consuming about five times that amount now and I still get hungry every once in a while. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I find that it almost doesn't matter how much or how little I eat - whether I'm eatting 1700cal or 3500cal, I still get fucking hungry! The only thing that keeps me full is a big ketogenic meal - like a 12oz steak and about half a jar of mayo ummm. IP: Logged |
