i am 17..traiing for 2 years,..i have fast matab...if i dont eat rihgt, and little a day, i loose weight....but i cant stand bulking..it bloats me, and i gain fat weight....a bodybuilder said i have very good genetics to get big fast...he was amazed of my arms.......any how, is there any diet out there that is not bulking, that can put muslce on me...i can buy anysupplements i have a job...but is there any diet, that is not bulking, i can put on muscle? thanx IP: Logged |

Best supplement is food. To get big you need big meals. If you feel bloated then drink 2 gallons of water and take some EFA oil to get some easy calories. Even Nlarge 2 by Prolab can help reduce the bloated feel. My body wont grow for crap until I eat about 4000-4500 calories a day, which for me comes out to be around 300 grams of protein (eggs,tuna,whey,chicken,steak) and 500 grams of carbs ( bagels,wheat bread,oatmeal,brown rice) with the fats coming from eggs, flaxseed and safflower oil. I feel bloated once in a while too but that is the sacrifice I take, but when I go back to Cancun for spring break with another 10 to 15 lbs of muscle then I'll thank myself for the misery and time I went through during my bulking phase. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Think of bulking as the price you have to pay for bodybuilding with all the bloat and fat wieght. But put it this way... bulk up in the winter with quality mass and muscles and start cutting up in the summer and you'll be glad you had that good foundation to begin with.. besides you probably think you're fat and others don't... so chill out and BULK!!!
