I need help on a cutting diet that i am gonna start. What should my carb/pro/fat intake be. I am 224 right now. Either give me % or grams of each

Example of what works for me. This process takes time but its the best thing for me to prevent muscle loss. My current calorie intake is about 4000 calories. My cutting phase starts the day after the super bowl and I will keep my protein intake at about 275 grams, my fat intake will stay at about 100 grams coming from unsaturated sources.
Right now I am eating around 500+ grams of carbs, every week I would reduce my carbs by 20 grams. The high fat intake of EFA's and slow carb reduction prevents the muscle loss. Also, every week I'll have a massive carb increase to keep my body guessing.
