Ok, Im a bit confused, Im 19 69 kilos 1.80 m I dont know my bf, but Im thin I have some fat arround my abs but not much, my problem is I want to gain muscle, just get toned and lean, I dont want to be huge just have my muscles tone and larger. I dont know how many meals a day I should eat, Im eating a lot of protein, egg whites, cottage cheese, turkey breats, tuna, etc and I will start with protein shakes and creatine, but I dont know how often should I eat, I dont get hungry so its kind of a hassle I eat when Im not full not when Im hungry. I will apreciate a lot if you can give me advice and examples of diets and how many shakes a day and creatine well hope to hear an answer soon thank you all. IP: Logged |

I forgot to say that I train 4 or 5 times a week, lifting and after 20 to 30 minutes running. IP: Logged |
