I started lifting 8 months ago. I am 6'3'' 190 lbs. I started out at 208 and cut down to 172. Now i wanna bulk up. I am on a six week cycle of testerona 200. I have put on 10 lbs. in 18 days. I just need some help figuring out what to eat. My metabolism is out of control. Don't get me wrong I eat very healthy I just want to know what you think I should do to ensure that I keep on growing! I eat six times a day and also use nitro tech protein and take a multi-vitamin. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! IP: Logged |

dont know shit about the AS, but im 6'2, 200 pounds just finished dieting down (see �ics on chat board) and her eis the bulking diet i got planned: Meal 1 200g oatmeal Meal2 2 scoops protein powder Meal3 1 chicken breast (skinless) Meal4(pre workout) Meal5(post workout) Meal6 Meal7 Meal8
