![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Would this work for the diet? Breakfast Chicken or tuna lunch Tuna 2 hours before workout Afterworkout 2 bowls of cornflakes 2 cups of white rice 1 can of tuna 1 hour later the same. The cornflakes or white rice because they both are Higlicemic carbs. then before bed eat your regular meal IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Many things will work. Just have very low glycemic, or no glycemic meals throughout the day, then an hour or two before workout, a small low-glycemic carb meal. Post-workout have a high GI carb/protein drink, and then a high GI carb/protein meal an hour later, then go back to very low-GI or no GI eating. Eat no more than 1g protein/lb bodyweight. Eat as many or as few no-GI meals as you prefer. The only meals that matter are your low-GI snack pre-workout and your two high-GI post-workout feedings. As long as your protein and calorie needs are met, you can technically fast the rest of the day a la Warrior Diet, if that's what you're comfortable with, you can go the other extreme and eat small no-GI snacks every 2 hours, or anything in between - diets like ANimalbolics and Warrior are all very instinctive, allowing you to do what makes it easiest to live with and lean out on the diet.
