![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't like fatty foods. What is a good wholesome diet that you lose fat and gain muscle with that alows vegatables and fruits and brown rice and pasta and protien. Can some one give me a example? Would it work if just cut carbs at dinner and before bed? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There's lots of good ways to eat other than the grease/protein/weekend human-garbage-disposal CKD's out there (which I'm a big fan of). You can do something much more traditional, eating 6 meals per day, 50/50 protein and carbs with some fat. Eat more carbs than protein before and after a workout, and replace them with fiber veggies after 5pm. You can also try something outrageous like the Warrior Diet: http://www.testosterone.net/html/body_64war.html and http://www.testosterone.net/html/body_67guide.html When I get truly sick of CKDing, I'm gonna give Eric Hesse's version of protein cycling a try (dieting during highh protein phase, maintaining during low-protein phase): http://www.ironmag.com/ In short, there'se pretty much a diet out there for everyone and many will work - you just have to experiment and find which agrees with you.
