The ventipulum pump is much stronger than the fake or 2nd level clen tabs sold in Mexican pharmacies. I'd be careful with that stuff...take it with food...supplement electrolytes...especially the first week...drink plenty of water. The average guy(200 lbs) should use about 3/4 tsp twice per day. The average girl(130 lbs) about 1/2 tsp twice per day. A 270 bodybuilder would use about l tsp twice per day. ------------------ IP: Logged |
