I heard that if u loose weight before u are 40 your skin will tighten up after some time if u keep the weight off, cause I lost 20 lbs. and it seems to be a little loose in spots, but it seems as though it is tightening, but that could be in my head. Any way thanks

Well, I haven't lost mine yet. I just have that little bit of shit that WILL NOT go away. I sometimes feel like cutting it off with a knife.

i belive it will tighten..i mean..most women that work out, and have babies, get theire skin back to normal after a while..it just takes time and a lot of effort.

2 ways. Buildup muscle in the area to tighten the skin or get surgery. That's it. With surgery you might be left with some big nasty scars. Better than being fat I guess.

I 'm with Hotblood. I lost 80-90 lbs a few years ago, and I still have loose skin.

I have only lost about 20 lbs. at the most so I don't really have too loose of skin, it's just in some spots and I plan to loose a little more to get that ripped look, I just wonder if my skin will cause problems for that. It would make sense that it would tighten after awhile cause so many pregnant ladies are still able to wear bikinis, but who knows. Later.

Well I know for me the skin did tighten back up. I lost about 50 pounds. It probably took several months before the skin tighten. I did this at age 33 and had no problems.
