Does anyone make anything with a crock pot? I get home late and am to tired to cook so if I could throw some stuff in before I leave that would be great. I think if I open another can of tuna Im going to vomit.

I love my crock pot. I cook lots of stuff in there. Not all that healthy, but really yummy - get a really cheap chuck roast and trim the fat off. Good to fry it a little bit on both sides and douse it with salt first. Throw it in the pot. Add potatoes all cut up into little cubes with celery and carrots. Throw in garlic and onions and maybe more spices. Add water to just cover up the beef. Put the pot on low, and go to bed. In the morning, your kitchen will smell great, and you can have a really good meal for breakfast. Bachelor cooking.

Slow cooking is the way to go for me as well.
I do the exact same thing. Fill the pot with veggies, throw some chicken in there and let it slow cook. I dont have a crock Pot, but it works the same with a large sauce pan over low heat. 4 hours of slow cook time gets it to where I like it. Since I have a large pot, I can prepare a weeks worth of food.
