Have a contest in 13 days whats the best way to carb load before this show. I'm extremely worried about water retention.Hanging about 5% bodyfat and been using the CKD for 12 weeks with great success. Also don't want to look flat like I do 3 days after my 36 hour weekend carb loud.

Best advice I can think of is to read Lyle McDonald's article on fat loss with the Body Opus. In a paragraph, he specifically adresses the week before contest time. The article can be found with this link: http://www.solid.net/lowcarb/lylemcd/cyclic2.htm

I had great result by using Taraxatone to remove the excess water in my final stages of dieting on my recent CKD. I followed it exactly like it says to on the bottle. I still continued my use of thermogenics while following this. I used it the last 3-4 days before each carb-up. Then again, I wasn't training for a show, and the use of a stronger diuretic may or may not be of primal preference for you.
