ok guys, I've read alot of advice in here about dieting and cutting diets....I need to loose like 30 pounds in th next 3 months...I have 7 weeks of HGH, 50 amps of primo and 3 bottles of winnie....I also have some sostenon too...here's my question...I work like 10 to 12 hour shifts starting at 10:00 a.m. I get up at 7:30 and do cardio for 45 minutes on an empty stomach...then I go to work all day...The next time I see the gym is at 11:00 at night, which is fine but after I train....what do I eat...??? I am trying to cut my carbs way, way down and I basically stop all carbs at around 7:00 p.m. at night..I am dead for my workouts and I don't want to eat right after because I don't want to eat any carbs before I go to bed. What should I do? Remember my main goal is to drop the fat, but I still want to get hard by lifting alot...How would you guys go about incorporating my cardio, lifting, diet, and of course all the nice supplements I have to go with it? By the way I also have clen, and cytomel too....

I've debated over situations like this so many times, and when you sit down and really think about it, the answer is so simple! When do you need carbs? Before and after lifting! Fuck what time your watch sais, or when you go to bed. Eat one low GI mealan hour pre-workout, a high GI post-workout drink and any complex carb/protein meal an hour after that, then go to bed on a stomach full of carbs and protein! You won't gain an ounce of fat because all the nutrients will go to restoring your depleted muscle and liver glycogen. Now, here's how you really make this strategy pay off in the fat loss department: do your cardio in the morning like you already do. Then eat low really low fuckin' carbs all day until an hour before lifting! You'll burn tons of fat all day and use the nightime workout and carb eating to maintain muscle mass while dieting. Physiologically, it's the same as waking up, having a low GI breakfast, lifting an hour later, eating post-workout meals, and then switching to low carbs, only you flip it around so that instead of burning fat while you sleep, you build muscle while snoozing, and burn all the fat in the morning and throughout the day.

Sounds perfect, thats good advice. ------------------

To be perfectly honest with all the "supplements" that you have I would certainly not be worrying to much about carbs at all. Remember to keep your protein levels really high and let supplements like "clen" give you energy. Carbs if not used are stored as body fat and that is exactly what you don't want. I am only talking about complex starchy carbs here, all other carbs are fine

Eat Cottage Cheese. 12g protein per 80 calories, no carbs, even fat free. Good aa profile, slow digesting. ------------------ |
