Morning, I am new too this board but not new too this game of bodybuilding, been at it over a year, discovered this game later in life and love it.. My problem is i have been losing weight for over a year (70 lbs) and managed my first contest 2 weeks ago. I want to bulk now and really have no clue, been reading other posts and doing searches but wouldnt mind a little guidance from those in the know...I was dieting hard so i am bringing my calories back in slowly but wondered on the macro nutrient ratios i should be using.. I was Keto dieting for months which worked well and here is what i am "trying" now... 31 years old, 5'9" 185 lbs around 9% (guess) 2500 cals, 15% fat, 45% carb, 40% Pro, most of carbs in am and post training, no carbs last meal 7 meals a day, very clean eating.. what i am wondering is if the fat is too lost, i know i need more cals but like i said i am bringing them back in slowly. Any tips would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance IP: Logged |
