![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Currently I am cutting and right now I am revising my diet. I would like to get some meal ideas, mainly for breakfast but I am always up for suggestions on anything. I feel there is much more I could be doing with my diet to help me lean out. FYI 6'2 188 12%bf. Here is my current breakfast 1 cup Special K I am sick of it but mainly I feel it is ineffective. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From what i understand, theres not a whole lot to worry about GI's as long as you are eating protein with it. could be wrong though. I personally really like omelettes. I have shakes for breakfast sometimes, but i'm hungry as sin about an hour or so later, the eggs seem to stay with you. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you're trying to diet down try 2/3 to 3/4 cup dry oatmeal with a tablespoon of raw wheat germ and a tablespoon of oat bran. Cook it, add a tad of milk and cinnamon. Then take a 30-40 gram protein shake and you should be in good shape for a couple of hours. -LuckyDog- IP: Logged |
