Ok im about to start my first cycle t200/deca anyways my diet consists of all low fat, well here this is what it looks like protien-300g carbs-460g fat-80g total cal-3000-3500 I want to be about 50%protein, 25%cabs,25%fat I need help,the diet mainly consists of, 3-4protein shakes at 45g per serving 3 weight gainer shakes at 500g per ser chicken,tuna,rice,vegies,eggs,bread,no red meat please help with some modifications if needed IP: Logged |

Yeah but a lot of people eat really stupid stuff. They just don't know it's counter to their goals. I can't guess betas goals any more than I can assume beta is a HE. I know people that eat nothing but MRP's and think they're on a low sugar diet. IP: Logged |

dood, without knowing how big u are right now.......I'd say that diet looks just fine. The fat is good where it is, adding fat won't give u any more muscle size. Leave the diet the way it is and u should be good. IP: Logged |

Which kind of fat is in your diet? If it is 80 grams of saturated fat try cutting that back and adding more unsaturated fats like that found in Flax Seed oil. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Oops i guess i should of told you guys im 5'5 160, and about 8%bf. im just wondering if my bf will go down or up on this cycle? I eat like this all the time except for the WTgainer, I just need mor cals, about the fat I dont eat much satfat, at all and im going to get some flax seed oil, after reading the new muscle fitness, it has some good info, including some good info on whey protein, and how it can be catabolic,you guys should pick it up. thanks for input IP: Logged |
