I just bought some of the perfected oil blend. What do you guys think about it? How much should I take? Rate it to Flax oil. This is what UNDO's has in it.

Serving size: 1 Tbsp. (15ml)
Calories 135
Total Fat: 14.5
Saturated Fat 1.5g
Polyunsaturated Fat 10g
Monounsaturated Fat 3g
Omega-3 fatty acids 6.4g
Omega-6 fatty acids 3.2g
Omega-9 fatty acids 3g
Medium Chain
Triglycerides 231mg

I think my testosterone count is on the low side. Will this pick it up? I was told some kind of fat has something to do with testosterone levels and I wasn't sure what type of fat it was. Below you will find my Testosterone count see if you think it is low.

Prolactin, serum 12.9ng
Testosterone, total 323ng
Tsh 1.200uu

(It's actually Udo's, not Undo's) sorry, just had to toss that in. As for comparing it to flax, there'se no comparison. Udo's is far superior, as it has the perfect blend of essential fatty acids, whereas flax lacks in some. The only natural oil that's comparable is hemp seed oil. Unfortunately, efa blends and oils won't do shit for your test levels. That takes saturated fat (eggs, milk, steak). It's best to get both unsaturated fat from Udo's and a reasonabvle ammount of saturated fat from food (20-30% daily calories from all fat put together is good for test).

Hey vlaovic, thanks for correcting my spelling there. That was funny. That is one thing I am terrible at.

Thanks for your reply also, I guess I'll have to eat some red meat. YUK! (is that spelled right?)

Udo's is very good oil, the only thing you have to watch is the MCT in the blend. The MCT causes bloating and if you not real lean yet it could be a detrimental feeling for someone mentally. If you are lean then it should bother you too much. There really isn't that much MCT in that blend so you should be ok, but say someone on a kcd taking in MCT oil in good amounts for a cutting diet might find it frustrating.
