Just looked at this forum and want to introduce myself.I'm 22 5'9 and a half and weigh 188- 190 at about 12-13% BF,the byproduct of a prolonged bulk cycle. Now I'm aiming at lowering down to 180 at 7-9%bf before bulking up some more.No cardio this time just diet,it is taking longer but I'll see what happens. IP: Logged |

No cardio is a smart approach, as too much burns muscle away and takes energy from your workouts, especially when calories are restricted. Maybe try a little bit though, like 10 minutes or so, just to improve your heart function. It's not a bad way to warm up the entire body before lifting, just as long as you don't waste lots of energy with it. IP: Logged |
