Loose the margerine there bud. It is worse than butter. Might I suggest some natural penut butter on your bagel. Flax seed oil could fill in the rest of your fat requirements. IP: Logged |

1900-2000 is a good ammount of calories for someone with your body weight to get seriously cut up. Other than the margarine, which could be replaced with butter, your diet seems very good. My only suggestion might be while staying in the 1900-2100 calorie range, vary your macronutrient profiles from day to day. For example, one day, eat 45g fat, 200g each protein and carbs (good for a heavy training day). Then, the next day, eat 50g fat, 240g protein, 135g carbs. Then go a day eating 70g carbs, all from vegetables, 270g protein and 70g fat. Playing around with the different macronutrient ratios speeds up your metabolism without having to change calories too much, allowing to stay around 2000. Once in a while, maybe once per week, do a high calorie day of about 2500-3000. You'll ensure less muscle loss and an even faster metabolism by doing something like this. Not to mention the big psychological boost not counting calories for a day can give a person. IP: Logged |
