Folxs, I know a great deal of you are motivated and trying your damnest to meet your goals. You have been 13-26% bodyfat and have been dieting for two whole weeks and you have only come down 3%. OMG, "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP WHAT AM I DOING WRONG, I NEED A PILL, I NEED SOME CLEN, I NEED 4 HOURS OF CARDIO TWICE A DAY". Now, of course I am being a cynical sarcastic turd, but take this into perspective. What happens when someone drains a pond? The outter edges go quick dont they, but the deepest middle portion takes the longest to drain. THATS EXACTTLY, how the human body works. Your not gonna go from sedentary to CONTEST READY in a 2 week SPURT OF AMBITION. Folxs, try 12-20 weeks of continuous dietary disipline.
