wow.....Im in a hurry now so cant help you as much. But that diet is terrible. Eat more whole foods.I would only consume the whey after working out. Increase your calorie intake !!! Carbs, Protein, and Fats too !!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

here is the diet im currently in..im 2 weeks out, been dieting down for 10 weeks. gone from 233 pounds to 206 pounds..currently 8.9% bf.. MrMuscle- how did you figure out the diet you're currently on? I want to do a cutting diet as well and am torn between doing the one meal a day plan or something similar to what you're on. Right now I'm 140lbs and 10%bf eating 1200-1300calories, 20-30g fat, 130-200g carbs and 130-160protein. I want to drop at least 10lbs and lower the bf% as well. Do you have a method to figuring out how much the ratios should be for me to hit my goals? IP: Logged |

there are now "plan" you can go by man. you have to feel your way, look in the mirror, see the changes, and change what needs to be change...keep a journal of what you eat and when.stuff like that.. the basics are to lower your carbs, and up your protein, get most of your fat from "good" sources. like fish oil, flaxseed oil, some eggs, and some meat. thats about it....its really all about how dedicated you are.. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica "After this show i'll be fat and happy again.....If i make it to the show...." - Lee Priest IP: Logged |
