![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hi imy weight is 168lb and i have to take 120 grams of protein a day ,i use megamass4000,and each scoope is 30gram protein and when it is mixed with milk i get 1823c so if i take it for times a day it will be something around 7200c ,and after eating two meals each 300c i will reach 7800c,is it the way to calculate calory?am i wrong?if so tell me how much should i consume a day ,thank you , IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Don't take wight gainers to lose bodyfat. On second thought, don't take weight gainers period. And figure out what your goals are - lose bodyfat or gain muscle - it's hard if not impossible to do both simultaneously unless you have a very high % body fat. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Even if you were trying to gain muscular weight, the amount of calories you are eating is very, very high. If you want to LOSE FAT, eat about 2000 calories a day, at least 170 grams of protein, and about 45-50 grams of fat. Make the rest carbohydrate. Start there, and tweak the calories according to how much weight you are losing. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() if you get 120g of protein from your weight gainer, and eat 2 meals besides this, you get more than 120g of protein a day...depends what you eat (but I figure out some poultry, with veggies and few carbs)...you would be getting about 160g. forget about the weight gainer it's maybe good for skinny people, but not for someone who wants to lose weight!
