First I like to say thanks for all the help and answers you guy have given to me on this topic. What are some typical high fat meals you would eat during the week? On the weekend what type of liqiud carbs meals would you have for the first 4 meals? Thanks again

The way I have been planning my weekly meals is pretty simple (especially considering I eat a grand total of 3-5 foods!). #1 Start with grams of protein. Say you're gonna have a can of tuna - that's 30g protein. #2 Add grams of carbs. A cup of coffee with cream and sweetener carries about 2g. That makes 32g of carbs+protein. Then just add 32g fat - for example, 1 tbsp. of any oil (14g) and 1.5 tbsp. of mayo (18g fat with about 1g carbs). Thus you have a ketogenic meal with about 32g protein=carbs and about 32g fat. Another easy one is 4 eggs with a half tablespoon oil. Or you could go with 25g worth of whey protein (any brand with 3g carbs or less) and 2 tablespoons flax/hemp seed/Udo's Choice oil for a quick snack. If you need something that tastes almost like carbs, try 120ml whipping cream with 1/2 scoop whey protein whisked together until thick. It's not a meal replacement or anything (not enough protein, too many carbs), but a couple of teaspoons of the stuff can satisfy your sweet tooth after a meal, and unlike carb-free Jello and diet drinks, it doesn't have citric acid which keeps some people out of ketosis.
