HAVE ANY OF YOU GUYS READ THE ARTICLE ON PROTEIN CYCLING BY MARCUS R. JONES. ANYONE TRIED IT OR HAVE ANY COMMENTS ON IT?

Personally, I'd be a little nervous about trying any plan that seriously restricts protein for any ammount of time.

Actually, you're absolutely right. Now that I've taken the time read Hesse's article (as opposed to the one in MM2K where Bill Phillips conducts an interview, making sure to stress the importance of using HMB, Myoplex Lean and other 'fine' EAS supplements), protein cycling makes much more sense to me and I am far less sceptical. The MM2K article doesn't go into any detail. Hesse actually shows us the science behind some of these theories. When I get finished with my CKD (might be my last week on it - almost 2 months is plenty on such a diet), I plan on giving Eric's version of the protein cycling program a try.
