![]() ![]() ![]() ok...my bmr is around 2100 cal my amr is around 3700 cals....I haven't come anywhere close to 3700 in a long time and I bet that half the time I don't get the 2100 cals...today I have life cereal with milk....then a red delicious apple with maybe 1.5 oz of chicken...then a serving of flavored oatmeal...then had 2.5 oz of chicken with nectarine...had a piece of deer jerky...had another 4oz of chicken with some mashed taters at four..(preworkout) and had 6-8oz of chicken and a serving of baked beans after the workout..this is a typical day for me...I know that I need more fat...I have hemp oil so I am adding that in...but I haven't lost any strength or mass...is it possible that I just can keep mass better than most people on restricted calorie diets...what do you guys think IP: Logged |
