Hey guys,
not a steroid ? but a nutrition one. Does anyone have the time to post some bulking diets, 4000 cals, 250 grms protein etc. Also what times do you eat etc. i need to get this right before I start my cycle. ( Sus & DBol)

First off, why don't you learn more about nutrition before juicing it up? You may find that you are capable of great gains based solely on a proper diet and intense training. That said, if you have your heart set on roids, choke down as much protein as you can get. Don't get caught up in bullshit like biological value and other such ratings. Just pack on as much as you can. When? All the time! Every two hours, and never more than three. At least once in the middle of the night. If you plan on packing 4000 calories daily, get up to 500g protein (about one 2000 calories) daily, every couple hours. Also, don't be afraid to put down one meal per day (preferrably after training) with a massive ammount of protein in addition to your smaller, consistant intakes throughout the day. (also, watch those carbs late in the day) Hope this helps a little.

Im eating around 4500 calories at the moment. I live off tuna fish sandwiches with mayo on whole wheat bread,bananas,Nlarge2 by prolab,Oatmeal,Brown Rice,chicken,whole eggs,Steak Burgers,Whole Milk,ummm.........cant forget the 3 tablespoons of Flaxseed and Safflower oil, that right there gives me a little under 400 cals
I'll have a couple of decaffeined Ice coffees from Dunkin Donuts with whole milk and equal a couple of times a day ( love those damn things ).
I still drink my 2 gallons water as well. My postwork meal is 120 grams of Dextrose with 30 grams of whey which works well.Good Luck and eat !!!! 8 times a day or more.
