![]() ![]() ![]() That�s when you really should keep it up. When you have less calories than you�re burning you are most definetely burning also more protein for energy. That is why you need it more than usually. I would say it�s wise to take at least 1.5 gram of protein/fatless weight kg. IP: Logged |
