Should I keep my protein intake up even if I'm trying to cut fat and gain definition. If I lower my protein, will my muscle mass suffer?

Thats when you really should keep it up. When you have less calories than youre burning you are most definetely burning also more protein for energy. That is why you need it more than usually. I would say its wise to take at least 1.5 gram of protein/fatless weight kg.

Might include glutimaine to prevent muscle breakdown.
