I am trying to get leaner, I am age 22 height 6'2 weight 230 and bodyfat is around 19-20 % i want to get to 8-10 percent. I have never been that low excet when i was maybe 12-13 yrs old.. Too much weed and munchies i guess and the first two years at college and the bar scene did not help matteres anyway to the point. If i am trying to lose alot of bodyfat should i not drink a post workout drink? I was thinking of buying myoplexs MASS formula just to drink after i Lift but i sometimes lift at 10pm and that shake has 75 grams of carbos should i just drink a shake high in protein and low in carbs or is it alright to drink the myo mass shake? I don't want to put on fat by drinking all those carbs. Also it has 500 calories and 33 grams of protein! thanks bros!

Bro at your weight, and if you are training that late I am gonna say that that looks good to me. Your body will use that and should not store it as fat, I am no expert, btu you should be ok

bump I ned more info on this, Also i have little strength even at my weight. I think it is because i was on the Atkins Diet. I was off of lifting for 2 years. I could never do bulk diet or anythiung cause i was always carrying too much bodyfat and i finally want to get my bodyfat down to like 8-10 % so i can start lifting and eating like crazy! please help my bench is very very very low like 150 for 8-12 reps maybe more never tried i lift by myself cause i work at a gym and i can use the gym after it closes. HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
