I want to know how safe are the fat burners we take. Most of us on here take them but what damage are they doing to our bodies? IP: Logged |

Thermogenics CAN be taken safely. My feeling is that lot of people do not use them as indicated. They are safe and effective, as long as you follow the label. IP: Logged |

I agree with brandon. But if you have ANY of the conditions contraindicated on the label then all bets are offincluding High blood-pressure, MAO inhibitor use, kidney or heart disease, etc.... You also need to listen to your body. If you have bad heart-palpitations, anxiety attacks or whatever on these drugs THEN STOP TAKING THEM. These symptoms are common when you first start taking fat-burners, but should go away after a few days as your body adjusts to them. ------------------ IP: Logged |
