For seven days I will be camping. This is going to be my week off training this summer. I still want to keep my diet in check though. I need some ideas on stuff to eat. Food that will hold and dosn't need preservation and is quick and easy to prepare. Any help for the nomadic bodybuilder would be appreciated.

MRP's would be perfect for this application. Plus, you won't have to lug around a lot of food.

MRP's are good. When I'm backpacking I eat a lot of them. I assume you'll have a cooker? If so, then a sound meal for breakfast is good old oatmeal with a scoop of dry protein mixed in. If carbs are part of your evening meal then there's no reason you can't also cook-up a good feed in the evening too. Rice, pasta, potatoes, dehydrated veggies, cans of tuna, beans , lentils as well as dehydrated meat or jerky can be thrown in. Where are you going camping? I'm jealous.
