In the newest issue of FLEX, a couple of pros say they use Preparation H cream when tanning right before a show to really tighten the skin and push water out of those areas...is there merit in this?? Anyone tried it, liked it??

This is my first post on this board. I am 19, about 166 right now, need to get down to 154 in 6 weeks for my 3rd show, 5'7", natural to this point, but seriously starting to consider crossing over into the juice game! Any comments, suggestions, advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I tried it and it didnt seem to tighten the skin or draw any more water out than just sweating by itself. What i did was apply the prep h all over my abs and lower back and then wrap it tightly with saran wrap and sleep like that. It skinks terribly and it is itchy and didnt really do anything great. A good diuretic and proper dieting in the first place is what works.....

I tried it for my last show and didn't notice anything, either. I couldn't stand the damn stink and feel of that stuff. It's just a mess to deal with. I think I messed up a lot of towels at my tanning salon...they're probably still pissed at me.
