I'm starting a cutting cycle and need advice on number of carbs to eat for breakfast. The max # and the least #. What is your carb in take for breakfast on a cutting cycle?

First off how much do you weigh, are you using any drugs for cutting up etc.?

If your breakfast is your pre-workout meal then you need to carb up for energy. If your doing cardio in the morning give yourself at least 1hr. on an empty stomach between the cardio and meal.

I personally take in no more than 200g of carbs a day while cutting, at breakfast my total comes to about 90g.
