After the endless rotation of Oatmeal+eggwhites, oatmeal and protein shakes, Tuna+brown rice, Yams vegies and chicken 6 times a day, I decided to go try some meal replacements and sub. for 2-4meals after talking to a competive bodybuilder. He told me that they get gid of his sweet tooth. I tried some of his suggestions and bought myoplex and met-rx. I took a packet of chocolate and mixed it with 1/2 a packet of sugar pudding and 10 oz of water and 10-20 ice cubes. Oh my god I cant beleave that this treat is only 4g of sugar 40g of protein, and 2g fat, around 30g carbs and around 300 calories and tastes better than dairy queen. Can some one tell me some more recipies. IP: Logged |

I tried this one day.. it is so f*cking better then the sugar free jello met-rx, and trust me, that has to be good!! anyway instead of mixing the met-rx with 16ounces of milk, mix it with 8 ounces of milk, its the best, I PROMISE YOU. It gets so thick and delicious.. let me know if you try it!! IP: Logged |

Add a banana to a chocolate cream myoplex,10 oz. water and 10 icecubes. Blend until it's thick like pudding. You can add a tablespoon of peanut butter for variety. It's yummy! IP: Logged |

If you have chocolate or vanilla MetRX/Myoplex and want a bit of a change without taking any extra time for a recipe, toss in a teaspoon or two of instant decaf coffee with your MRP(avoid the caffeine with any liquid meals, as it pumps them through your gut even faster!) IP: Logged |
