How long do you think you should go off a fat burner in order for it to be effective all over again. Ex. 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, and then back on again.

bump Im interested too.
Should you cycle persay a thermogenic 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off or can you go 4 days on and 2 off???

Whats the best way??

I just use them now for the pre-workout energy boost. 2 xenadrine prior to workout really helps my intensity. I find however that after two weeks use they become useless. So i go 2 weeks on 1 week off. When i use them for cutting up i do the same thing just with the full dossage.

Theremadrene says 2 days on and 1 day off. Works for me as I never lift more than 2 days in a row.

Your question is a little vague... "Fat Burners"??? Clen, T-3, caffeine, ephedrine, ect. all have different answers. Ripped Fuel
cycle up and back down over 6-10wks.

ideally 12 weeks on 4-6 weeks off, even 8 if u need it. The longer the better. However I actually stay on ECA for a very long time cuz I need to stay in shape almost all year round. So I go like 6-8 months at a time sometimes and take like 6-8 week breaks when I feel like I can relax a little.

Every thing I read is you should be off it as long as you were on it.

If on for 4 weeks then off for 4 weeks.
