It'll probably work, but you could save some money on protein by backing it off a little and boosting your fats with EFA's. I haven't been taking them for too long and (along with eliminating dairy) I'm getting a lot tighter and losing bodyfat quickly (and I wasn't heavy or soft to begin with. This is allowing me to take in more calories comfortably and has made my meals more satisfying.

The ratios you give are pretty close to the 'classic' cutting diet used by bodybuilders for decades. It is good for preserving muscle on a calorie restricted diet. Don't know how well it would work for putting on muscle. It's a difficult task to gain muscle without adequate fat and carbs. Why is it called Max-OT?

There is no way in hell I could get 450 grams of protein in one day. I get 250-300. I do like this program, I have gone from 203.5lbs to 213.7lbs in 4 weeks. If this seems like its a lot I prob gained this much because I never used to get above 110 grams of protein a day before I started and I overtrained a lot. This board and a few others sure showed me the error of my ways
