I am curious I am trying to pack on mass and people tell me to eat more carbs some say protein and some say fat I mean I am confused as hell! I weight 175 and have a high metabolism! think anyone good help me out with a diet and some foods that r wuick and simple to make since i work all day and aint the greatest cook. thanks for the help

You just need to eat more of everything. All 3 macronutrients are important for muscle growth. Try starting with 300 calories above your maintenance requirements (in other words what you would normally eat). This could be easily met with an extra MRP every day. If you're not gaining muscle after 3 weeks of this, increase by another 2-300 calories per day.

This is assuming you're already eating the right foods. If you're not sure what you should be eating, then read more and ask more questions.To answer your question with any more detail we would need to know more about you including your goals, your bodyfat now, your training program, your age and gender, etc......
