I am getting so sick of eating grilled chicken, turkey and canned tuna all the time. I was wondering if anyone knows of a special way of cooking them with herbs or something but with not that much fat.

I recommend supplementing with MRPs and Protein Powders. Eating solids foods 6-7 times a day is chore. I get 3-4 of my meals from MRPs and shakes. I recommend getting the cook book, A Taste of Club Creavalle; by Laura Creavalle. She has great high protein recipes. You can get it at www.amazon.com

Try some garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper to spice them up. I like to cut up a chicken breast into strips and thinly coat it with a little olive oil and throw some spices on them and then cover them with dry oatmeal on both side and throw them in the oven for about 20 minutes at about 350. Makes good ass chicken strips and they are only like 300 and something calories for a whole breast. Another good thing for chicken is to soak in salsa and cook it in it. Sometimes i'll cut some chicken or turkey breast up and throw it on a salad too. Use mustard mixed in with the tuna instead of using lite mayo or eating it plain.

MRP's are good, as well as one of my favorites cottage chesse and whey. Its just to difficult to eat meat 6-7 times a day. You should try some of the MRP/pudding recipies. Those have been a real life saver for me in the past.

I don't think I'll ever get sick of chicken or tuna. Turkey on the otherhand gets boring fast. I've been eating more fish lately and I just discoverd orange roughy. It's a little pricey but it's the best damn fish I ever ate. I look forward to it during the week. Almost tastes like crab meat to me. I'm not big on the fishy tasting fish.
