the reason why you are not losing any fat is because your eating habits. instead of eating 3 meals a day, you take the same amount of food you would eat in those three meals and spread it throughout the day. about 5-6 meals a day. but you dont eat more, you just eat more frequently, so your body constantly releases energy(fat) because it knows its getting more energy in a couple hours. the reason it is impossible to lose weight if you eat 3 times a day is because, you body stores fat according to the energy it gets and the energy your body puts out. so lets say you just eat breakfast, your body will store all of the calories efficiently enough so that you have enough energy untill you next meal, therefore no fat is lost. but if you take the content you ingest at breakfast time, and evenly dispurse it throughout the morning, your body will constantly release energy, because it know its getting more food in a hour or two. i bet you get hungry before each meal, that not good, the reason you eat 5-6 meals a day is so your body never goes hungry, and you body is constantly at its peak energy level, your metabolism will be through the roof!(optimal for fat burn!). have you thought about taking supplements? well dont bother wasting your money untill you can get the hang of this 5-6 meals a day eating plan. another thing are you doing cardio?, do about 45 mins of cardio in the morning for max fat burn, try taking glutamine of a protein shake on an empty stomach before cardio, it helps prevent muscle catabolism.
remember this diet takes a while to get used too you must let your body adapt; but once it does with this eating habit, and cardio, the pound should shed off. maybe after a while you can look into supplements to get cut, but for now, this is the way you must start.again, remember "YOU DONT EAT MORE, YOU EAT THE SAME AMOUNT MORE FREQUENTLY THROUGHT THE DAY!"

OH, and dont ever try low cal diets, figure out you bmr and stick with it, low cl diet never work and you body just gets weaker and weaker. heres a little explaination to make sence of it all:

So why does this well established method of losing weight fail? Why do people keep on gaining all the weight back, and often times even more? Let me explain: Lets say you use up 2000 calories a day, and want to lose weight, so you drop your caloric intake to 1700 calories a day. Initially your body is burning up those extra 300 calories, and you do lose weight.

But your body adjusts to the lower calories, your metabolism drops to match you intake, and you stop losing weight. So, in order to lose more weight, you have to drop your calories more, and again your body adjusts. To make matters worse, your body thinks it won't be getting normal quantities of food for a while, so it starts storing as much energy as it can in fat.

So there you are, consuming maybe 800-1000 calories a day, practically starving yourself, and your body has adjusted and burns no more, probably less than you eat, so you start gaining weight again. And now what happens if you lose it for a weekend and eat normal amounts? Your body rejoices, and eagerly packs all that extra energy away as fat.

so as you can see low cal diets are not the way to go!
