![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Is the ratio for Omega 6 to Omega 3? If so you need more of a Omega 3 source, such as flax seed oil or fish oil. The way foods are processed today the Omega 6 ratio is already way out of line with omega 3. For an average person it can be off as much as 26 to 1. Try to get more omega 3 efa's, if that is what the ratio on your product is about. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() That is the ratio of Omega 3's to 6's. I read in the Sports Supplement Review(By Bill Philips) and also read other places that I should take a 1:1 ratio. Why would they say that? IP: Logged |
