I've noticed how much you've cut back on carbs. It don't believe in cutting back too drastically. It would be okay for the last week before the competition, then load up on carbs a day or two before the competition. If you want to get cut, stay away from too much salt and cut back your water intake a day or two before the competition. Drink enough to leave you thirsty, but no so bad where you could faint. The reason why I don't believe in cutting back on carbs is because how can you expect to build a lot of high quality muscle mass? You need carbs in order to do build muscle. I've know a few people who cut down on their carb intake year round and when they compete they look cut but small compared to the others. I don't know, but if it works for you, keep on doing it. If you want to get cut get a good fat burner, like MD6 or Adipokinetix. Good luck. IP: Logged |
