I've cut dairy out of my diet (milk, cheese, etc...), but I hate mixing my protein powder with water and have switched to soymilk, which tastes better. I also add pasturized egg whites, does this sound like a good mix?? I'm assuming soy milk doesn't count as dairy.

i used to drink tons of this shit untill it got too expensive. soy milk is actually healthier than dairy, soy has more protein, has more calcium, and digests better through your body. and if calcium is what your worried about, soy milk usually has more.
