![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My goal at this point is to look as lean as possible while maintaining as much size as I can. This should be between 185 & 190lbs. My main question is, is this diet clean enough I can tweek the calorie intake. I also drink 1-1 1/2 gallons of water per day IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You might need to lower your calories abit. 2000 a good starting point drop 100 cal week unlil you notice body fat lowered. Measure your waiste every 2 weeks, and weigh your self every month. It doesnt matter if its low fat or high carb keep protien high around .9g XBody weight. I found out thats its all calories if you get down 1000 calories a day dont just start back up at 2500 calories after your diet is over. Slowly increase them unless you are calorie cycling. You may want to try some supplements. L-Tryosine and ECA stack or Yohimbine, or ask in the Anabolic Discussion Board fat loss drugs. But nothing works better than diet alone. IP: Logged |
